Weird, your friends "swear" by it, yet you're still asking for advice.

To answer your question, it's an overrated product. You can buy the active ingredients in N2guard for a third of the cost anywhere.

IMO, no one should purchase this overpriced item.

I just take liv 52. With my gallon of water a day and no issues

I do the same minus the Liv52 and my liver is great.
