That man has such an EGO. He needs to satisfy it some way. In my opinion the UN is a worthless organization, we should get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US. I mean just think about it, we have to ask permision from the UN to protect ourselves. This is an oganization that has as members (more than half) countries that have no womens rights and questionable civil liberties and rights. Thats MHO.
