If your not a competitive BB but looking to put muscle tissue for your own personal choice. I increased my calories to 1000. I also increased my macros as well carbs 350 my fats are pretty high to 130 but this is a combination of clean foods and fast food . I got a little chubby in the mid section but I workout hard . I went from 177lb to 200lb but I'm carrying a lot of water lol but at this time if the year I don't care . I feel like a beast in the gym. What kind of surplus are you guys on and macros and what works for you ?

on first cycle rn (400T, 400EQ, 4IU GH) and im doing a 600-1000 calorie surplus most days. Gaining good size and a lot of muscle but the fat gain is definitely noticeable. Went from 12%bf to about 14-15 in about 6 weeks... For my second cycle il definitely try a less aggressive bulk.

That's going to happen. The real challenge is buckling up your diet when spring comes . It's challenging to eat strictly clean all year round and being lean. Just make sure you don't go crazy and get near 30 pbf

I like to do much longer bulks for this reason. 250-500 increase roughly but I also carb cycle so it fluctuates. 16-24 week bulk lets me gain and keep the fat down, and I keep cardio in but mainly do HIIT a couple times a week and get my steps in. I try to keep visible abs year round, that’s my metric. They aren’t popping and vascular year round by any means but still visible. Once they go it’s time to cut back a bit. I also attribute it to the ability to minimize the use of AI’s by lessening the aromatization, less fat you are the less there will be in theory.
