Lats are great, 6 spots, upper middle lower.
3 spots on each side.
Just watch out for the veins lol

It's more like diagonally, not under I guess.

I just go from middle down and can even pin from straight behind if your lats are wide and thick

I assume you are right handed, so here is how I pin my left lat:

Take your left hand and cup your right delt with it. Look in the mirror and you will see your lat will pop out and be semi-flexed. Since you are holding onto your opposite shoulder that lat will stay out and won’t move around on you.

Now, take your right hand and go under your left arm. As others mentioned, there are 2-3 great spots to pin depending on the size of your lats.

The tissue is very easy to stab, so you will have no problem reversing the process and pinning the right lat with your left (non-dominant) hand.
