Dude you have a whole room for you, you could easily have bought a completely sterile lab room unlike what you did there. Do you have a particle counter to show that is perfectly sealed and sterile as you stated before? I guess not :) do you need me to source you proper equipment on Alibaba?

I guess with your skill not being able to search for flurotec stoppers properly you need some helps on the equipment department too
 
But srsly we can call it off here, as I said it's your shop, you do whatever you want with it. I have no interest in your product, you have said your piece and I said mine. Different opinions, different way of seen things.

You paying more for those silicone stoppers is completely wasted money but hey whatever and chemically wrong but hey if you like it and your customers too, why not? Right?

What rustled my jimmies is you pulled out a 7 year old vial that had been stored on its side with a silicone stopper, and pulled it to show us there wasn't any stopper disintegration, completely missing the point about leeching. My hangup with ordering from you is that I might get something from that 7 year old batch.

And just to be clear, this is not me "making fun", this is expressing concerns, with the goal of helping you out, and most of what we get in response to that is emotion. That only disrupts the conversation.

I'm losing confidence in your product by the post, and it didn't start high. I understand you're an oldtimer with a lot of other oldtimers on your 6, and that goes a long way. But things are different than they were twenty years ago, and if you want this new phase of your career to be a long one, you're going to have to adjust to the times.

You guys really hate silica that bad I see. Alright. What about the other labs that run them ? There is a reason why I pay 3 times as much you guys know that and I will show you the price difference

So you will cover the cost of testing 10 fold if I take your 7 year old sample and find PDMS residue in there? You are confident?

Why not switch to PTFE lined stoppers? Reasonable price. No one has issues with butyl rubber if good quality. SHA uses butyl, works great. Quit using silicone cause it ain't as durable with big gauge needles. Arail switched.

I would need 2 full time jobs to help everyone. Nice talking with you.

Not so long ago no one tested raws for purity of the labs, now many do. It's a process in continuous evolution, same for testing products etc.

Your question and answer is the reason why you are not different from any other sources, you are just one of many, I wouldn't like to be that, but you do you.

Why don't you have a flow hood? Why don't you have an autoclave? Same answer, because you can get away without one.

It's your shop and you will do as you please and you will be just a drop in the ocean selling average gear like everyone else.

Home brewers have much higher standards then sources, this is well known.

I know a source or two selling vials with flurotec stoppers, they don't source online, they are private.

Meth labs have higher quality equipment than that shit he has in his kitchen… why even argue?? Just because they have been around since dinosaurs roamed meso… they think they get a pass… guys home brewing for themselves have better equipment than this… maybe he can sell tren vial with turkey gravy residue from the oven…
