Well boys, offseason has officially begun! I'm pretty excited about it and I'm glad I'm back to a point where I'm enjoying this stuff again.

Diet
Starting the diet off very conservatively and will bump it over the next few weeks based on what I'm seeing in my weekly pictures. All macros are direct, so actual calories are higher than posted. Protein sources are eye of round, chicken breast, raw ahi tuna, shrimp, and fat free fairlife milk. Carb sources are white rice, oats, fruit, bread, pasta, white potato, sweet potato, low fat cereal, fat free fig newtons, etc. Fat sources are whole eggs, pistachios, cashews, nut butters, fit butter, and ghee.

Starting macros:
High Day: 225 P / 600 C / 0 F
Medium Day: 250 P / 365 C / 36 F
Low Day: 270 P / 185 C / 65 F


Training
Currently running an Upper/Lower split six days a week. Hitting every body part three times a week with moderate volume. Taking everything to 1RIR except for RDL's. My lower back has always given me issues so I only use RDL's after lying leg curls to really stretch the shit out of my hams. I'm hitting 8-10 reps the first set, drop the weight, then I will be shooting for 12-15 reps the following sets. Hoping this gives me good mechanical tension the first set, and then some blood flow and volume for the following sets. o_O I don't know.. Something I've been talking to chatgpt about. :D

The gear is obviously very high. I know that. If I have any issues, I will address it immediately. I've always taken my bolus GH dose at night before bed. This offseason, I will be eating my pre workout meal with humalog 90 minutes before training, and then taking the bolus GH dose 45 minutes before training. I've never done this before but have been reading a lot of good information on the benefits of this in an off season setting. We will see if I notice any differences in this approach over what I've always done.

Week 1 of the bulk is over and it went as well as I could have hoped. I actually look a bit tighter in the lower back and love handles. Up 3lbs from a week ago. Going to keep it tight this cycle so I'm only looking for 0.5lb-1lb weight increases each week. Might see a bit more this week as I'm sure I'm still filling out. Taking waist measurements fasted each morning to monitor as many variables as possible.

Added 30g of carbs on my medium day and bumped protein up 5g each day:
