Not getting enough calories on a Low(er) Carb Vertical Diet.

Hey, guys hope your day is going great!

I've decided to run the fundamentals of the Vertical Diet along with keeping medium fats and playing with my carbs depending on the workouts - But, when i increased my protein to 1.2grams of Protein per lb of bodyweight getting everything in besides my protein has been a chore.
I often just worry about my protein, That I eat with a slew of other vegetables. This has helped me get bone-shredded in the past. Could possibly adding some Greek Yogurt / Fermented Foods / Berries help stimulate more grelin without causing a hypoglycemic crash? And I'm doing it on low-moderate dose Test P - Tren A at 50mg/50mg ED. Great progress, breaking Natty PR's on my cut is cool but i think not getting enough calories might bite me back later.
 
Kinda need to know your macros and full caloric intake.

But my advice to anyone who says they can’t eat enough is...to just fucking eat. It isn’t fun, it isn’t pleasant, it’ll eventually break though and become easier.

This man knows his stuff....
I used to struggle getting over 2000 cals in me a day. Now 4000 cals and I could eat more lol
 
Add cardio to make you more hungry. Need to figure out why your appetite is shit. Normally digestion issues. You want food in and out very fast. Take note how long your meals take to leave your stomach.
