Not gaining even on cycle

Yeah come with some details, then we breakdown the problems :)
Ok so because of severe barrets esophagus I have to blend my food and each meal is about 700ml of liquid, here's what Iv been eating / drinking

100g oats , 85g almond butter

100g white rice powder , 100g whey protein after training

50g rice, 50g oats, 150g chicken , 50g whey protein

50g buckwheat, 50g oats, 150g chicken , 50g whey protein

No veg as makes meal volume too much to drink but use powdered fibre, probiotic and enzymes

Training , due to severe low hemoglobin (reason I started on steroids) I train 1 body part a day with arms at the end so I can put my best effort in instead of tiring too easily

Monday, chest and arms

Tuesday, shoulders sometimes abs

Wednesday, back and arms

Thursday, shoulders

Friday, back or chest with arms

Reason no leg training I had a serious accident 11 months ago told wheelchair for life but after using peptides steroids and sarms iv healed well enough to be on a crutch, right foot damaged for life left with bad limp so any leg work is light and rarely done

I know not the best training but I try work round my health issues which are plenty haha, I definitely have digestive issues resulting in poor absorption of foods but with being blended I'd think would be more available nutritional wise
 
be is just at the top, seems like it doesn't really involve the intestines but idk. Shouldve lab tested it bro. Yet another victim of "they don't fake test bro"
