I have about 20 lbs to lose to get to 12% bf, already on Reta and TRT. Planning to start 2iu a day and titrate up to 4iu
From reading the posts and the pinned post, in order to maximize fat loss on GH, I pin the morning when I wake up and do fasted cardio?
I already do fasted cardio or training so I am active in the mornings fasted, then come back for a breakfast.
The window from pinning to breakfast will be roughly 3 hrs.
Anything I can change in this protocol?
