Noob needs some help with diet and cutting.

Just got off a bulking cycle, I didnt eat right and gained so much wieght. I am 26years old 198lbs 5'8" tall 21% body fat. It is hard for me to eat right, since I hear so many different opions.
My goals are to drop to 12% body fat while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible by next may. I plan on doing a cutting cycle after My PCT is complete. What would be a ideal cycle, and what would be a ideal diet (calories,protien,ect)??

I would suggest getting your diet down before your next cycle. AAS are not always the answer especially if your eating habits suck.
 
Looking at your stats.....I'm speechless. 5'8" 21%bodyfat @ 198lbs. Where is the muscle here?

Don't do juice, juice is the last thing you need. You need to get an ECA stack and a treadmill. Invest your time into shaving that fat off before you try and juice again.
 
Not to be silly, but the best supplement for losing weight is diet and exercise. Seriously.

If you follow a good diet(not diet like the kind where you eat really weird for 2 months and then go back to eating icecream and hohos) and you exercise, then you'll both lose and maintain weight.

Some guys will tell you that cardio is necessary and the most important part. I say that resistance training (lifting weights) is the most productive. There is even a study somewhere in the archives showing that those who did more lifting than cardio lost more bodyfat.

My diet consists of no sat fats, eat every 2-3hrs, lowering down the carb a bit..
however I hate cardio and hardly never do it?? should i start doing it before or after my workout?? I was told to do cardio on a empty stomiach in the morning, to lose fat??
 
It can't hurt to do some cardio in the morning or after your workout or whenever you feel like it. However, I'd like to focus on your weight workouts. Are you SQAUTTING and DEADLIFTING? If not, then you're wasting some serious calorie burning and muscle building exercises. You might also think about incorporating power cleans. 8 reps of those and you'll be dying.

I have not ever used real steriods, I have some but I was waiting to use them when I cut some fat... The cycle I just got off was a m1t 4ad cycle...
my progress so far has been great.. I am now 191lbs, 18% bf now.. I have changed my diet and put some cardio in my workout. thanks for your help..
