Been using this stuff for the past 2 weeks. OMG this stuff is loaded with Caffine! Yes, I got a good head rush similar to Ephedra and a good pump, took it 30 minutes before my workout and an hour after my workout I was still ready to push my car around the block.
One thing i did notice is it gave me a niacin flush and I could also feel my sinus swelling, I assume due to the Histadine in it.
It fizzes a little also, so let it set for a minute before you down it or you will be burping it up for an hour

i the same results. I actually felt somewhat of a headache when "crashing" from the high. I tore it up in the gym that day!

I also take it pre-workout. I really like it. I hit the gym ready to go. My training partners wanted to know what I was on because I was talking so much! B-) 
I like to take cytosport's musclemilk, Mocha Joe flavor. also has lots of caffeine. Don't take it before bed though you'll be wired in bed. hmmm might not be such a bad thing if you have company......

have you tried it hot yet? it is unreal, i never would have imagined hot protein tasting that good.

yeah i thought about that so i never really put it in HOT water....i mix it with water the temp my tongue can handle as opposed to when i make green tea or something i use boiling water and let it cool. i would never have done it but if you look at the container it is the only MM that says "try it hot" on the label. i gave it a shot and it kicks ass! have not tried it with anything else though
