No Gov't Healthcare for me!

IMO the goverment needs to back off and stay out of the health care business, and say just stay away from everything else. Every time American goverment tries to fix something they make it worse.

There just needs to be a better way than taxing the middle and upper class anymore to pay for the goverments programs that don't work.

Not to mention going another 6 trillion into debt to pay for it.And having a government official stand between you and your doctor.And did I mention health care rationing ??Death panels,finishing off medicade,pissing off doctors and making them want to quit their postions?If I wanted socialized medicine or the government taxing the shit out of me for "free"health care I would move to Canada.

Also Dennis, just watch, I bet if this stupid health care bill passes all aspects, you'll see numerous dr's not accepting the goverments health shit policy. And many dr's creating there own insurance people will pay for so they can receive the same great care we all enjoy now.

Come to a family function of mine, you'll see a family ripping apart all the morons in office and everything wrong with what's going on with our goverment. You'd probably feel right at home. If I had your email I'd send you something that would make you laugh your ass off :)
 
I cant believe the republicans are debating the issues inside the health care bill...they should just be saying no to the entire thing.This is freaking crazy ! The American public does not fully understand the full implications of this bill.In my family there are a handful of liberals,thanksgiving we had a several heated debates:DI think I won most of them !
 
I totally agree with you, but you know they don't have to abide by the same laws and restrictions that we all have to. So passing a health care bill is no big deal. Besides its what the president wants along with 10,000 uninsured individuals, that 90 million people will have to pay for over the next thousand years. But of course with this new health care bill, half the population won't make it anyways becuase the goverment will decide on what really needs to be treated.

I'm actually really ashamed at our goverment, we don't have republican's anymore, when you think about it, its really a 1 party system. Its bad enough our country is near bankruptcy now, this health care crap will put this great country in forecloser and destroy it forever.

And of course you'd win the debates on thanksgiving, you're a smart one with the RIGHT information. Not skewed media influenced brain washing news. Of course is the news organizations actually talked about the real story's going on this country probably would be heading in a completly different direction.
 
I have an idea..let's you and I run for president and vice president..We can go on national news daily and tell it like it is.We would not get elected but definately get some coverage.I too am losing faith in republican party. I agree about the mis guided media also,they have a 1 sided agenda they are pushing.You would have to be a moron or already brainwashed to believe them.Which is what our government is doing..they start getting inside our childrens heads k-5 in the public schools..then the liberal colleges finish them off.How about the global warming hoax..which I have never bought into and the new info we have on scientists lying about it..all this does it take $ out of America and redistribute to other countries.Our Great country is heading down the shitter,hopefully many Americans wake up soon to smell the coffee and vote politicians out of office who dont work for us but against us.Call me racist,redneck ,radical,out of control,tea bagger....whatever..I just love this country and do not want to be European.

exactly. it's amazing how so many people r so easily duped by the insurance industry...i've had Prudential, Aetna and other private HMO's, they had great networks n perks but they're still utterly inferior to the straight Medicaid i presently have. while there's much that Medicaid will not pay for, at least they always provide a sensible alternative option...private insurers simply tell u to suffer.

"death panels" r an idiotic LIE, and i'll take the Government in between me and my doctor over one or several corporations between me n my doctor.

Government may be a hydra with many heads n many motivations, but health insurance companies have one single mind and one single purpose...to make money, whether u live or die.

the only way a public-option in healthcare would "endanger" private options is that people would very quickly prefer the public over the private option 99 out of 100 times. Private insurers r rightly terrified that people will be able to fight back against the horrible treatment they receive from those private insurers.
 
Dennis I totally agree, we'd be regualrs on Fox news all the time, no other news media would cover us because we're not liberal, nor do we support the current F'd up adminstration. We'd get kicked out early because we're not involved in Acorn, or seiu, voter fraud or registeration, nor did we steal millions of dollars from hard working americans to benefit our campain, or try to sell some high piority goverment seat.

It boggles my mind by how many people are brain washed by our media, how hard is it for people to do research and say "nope that's not right" Don't listen to them, or watch them.

Jenton, I hate to say this to you, but you need to do some research, the reason why there are so many people upset about a goverment run health care system is because their goal is to put private insurance industrys out of business. Competition is not the problem, the problem is our goverment wrote specific language into this health care bill to eventually make it a single payer system. As in just the goverment policy for everyone. You have to realize that once that happens, all innovation in the health care field will stop. You have to realize that all the innovations that we all currently enjoy have been the work of for profit industrys. How hard do you think researchers will work if there is no profit?? Then on top of it, the goverment will decide what to and not to treat. Does this sound good to you???

Jeton, I am a red blooded American with common sense.I believe in free trade and capitalism.You say you would rather have government mandated insurance rather than from an independent ins company.NOT ME !!! I would much rather choose my own plan and insurance company,have a decent job and pay for it myself than have NO CHOICE in the matter,settle for government health care,watch my taxes increase dramatically,see the gov grow 1/6 bigger,watch medicade be bankrupt,have a gov official who knows nothing about my health make important decisions about my treatment for me and my doctor.You better do some research and alarm your liberal buddies before it is too late !
 
So jeton would you accept the goverment taking half of your yearly salary so everyone can have free health insurance?
 
I think the liberals honestly believe free health care means just that "free"...Obviously they have not researched enough to realize that they will lose roughly half their paycheck before they even get it in their hands..thus eliminating the word "free".They also do not understand that 40 % of us hard working Americans will lose even more money to give "free" health care to the other 60 % of dead beats who are too lazy to work and illegal aliens.Wealth redistribution at it's finest.I could see how baby mommas and welfare bums would want socialism taking over America.

:rolleyes:actually, thanks to the slavery of both political parties to corporations, for several decades now we've had wealth redistribution to the wealthiest few, who succeed in pushing laws to make robbing the American financial system (among others) blind.

u can beat ur chest with ur Ayn Rand/Glenn Beck rants all u like, but if ur posting on a message board ur most likely just another sucker getting eaten alive by a small group of fat cats like the rest of us.

best of all, those of u screaming about socialism n the "fall of America" r blind to the fact that wealth stratification (rich getting richer, poor getting poorer) is the single dynamic at the core of almost every major civilization's collapse.

so an unprecious few chew out the American Empire like termites from within, and then they pay demagogues on Fox n elsewhere to herd sheep into rallying "tea parties" about "family values". [:o)]
 
Actually I'm all for the rich getting richer, the reason being, the more money those guys make, the more jobs that can be created, and the more money all of us can make. When businesses profit, everyone profits. Its a win win for everyone. When a president decides to tax the rich and businesses even more, that means less capital for them, which means the average worker will make less, and less jobs will be created.

However, in all honesty, socialism is a capitalism destroyer, there will be no more american dream. Right now that is still possible, and should be acheivable for those of us who want to work hard enough for it.

And the tea party's have been created because hard working Americans want our country to roll back to its foundation when we were founded years ago. Less goverment, but a country united to be ran by the people. Our goverment is pretty much a single party system right now, they do not care about what americans think anymore, nor do they want to listen to us, the tea party movement was created to unite americans together and stand up to a goverment and get them to listen to us, but as we can see, the goverment doesn't care about what the people of this country want anymore.

The taxes are out of control, the programs are all messed up and corrupt, the truth of the matter is, almost all of the problems can be fixed by corportations, but the goverment needs to reverse so many stupid laws, and drop so many stupid taxes. Then we wouldn't have problems with jobs or money or health insurance.
