No Carb/low Carb Help

Just to give an average day of eating for me..5am PREWORKOUT:3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, POSTWORKOUT:Isopure LowCarb Protein Shake, LUNCH: 1 Whole Chicken DINNER: 6 Chicken Legs, 1 Steak, Half Bag Salad, Oil & Vinegar
I eat low carb all the time...I don't do much cardio, I do circuit training and supersets to get my heart pumping (not as good as cardio, I know). I've gotta drop the bodyfat levels bookoo....Now I wont eat carbs during the day..but am I fuckin myself by not eating some carbs postworkout, like Oatmeal or a Cereal or something...Thanks...
 
Keep some carbs for postworkout. Cut out the steak if you need to drop calories. Add another protein drink in or some more chicken or turkey in place of the steak

Wheres your fat intake?

How long have you been at virtually no carbs?
 
Other than the oil, the majority of his fat intake is saturated. Not the best way to go about dieting.

I drink the Protein drink2x day, thats giving me 100g/day. I only use some oil in my salad, maybe 3-4 tablespoons. Thats it. The steak I only eat about 2-3x week. I guess the only other fat is from the skin of the chicken. If anyone can give me a good diet to go by, I would appreciate it. I just dont want too many carbs...I used to weigh 380, now down to 270, but 22% bodyfat. Way too much....Please Advise!!! Thanks a mil...
