Who would you say this is the book for? I am a 19-year-old, 5'6" 150 lbs, roughly. I have trained for strength up until this point for wrestling and want to switch into more of bodybuilding style training as I am no longer wrestling. Would I be better off with this or becoming the bull?

To add, strength is at a 315 squat, 415 deadlift and 205 bench, if that helps.
 
BTB is probably the better one for you, this one is more in depth on diet and training for someone who is beyond the basics of eating for initial size gains. It's more of an inside look for the seasoned trainer and guy looking for ways to improve beyond what used to work in the earlier stages

After getting the book, should I follow the progression outlined in the book, both with training and nutrition, given where I am currently at? Like from the very beginning with the 3 month routine everyday and essentially eating everything in site? Sorry for the questions if its bothersome, just really enjoyed it and want to go about it correctly.
