Hello, just an introduction. Been spending the past months reading through mainly the underground section and see a lot of knowledgeable people conversate and a lot of people BS there way into convincing people that the certain source is bad. Pure comedy. See a lot of repetitive guys comment in different threads and seems like everyone has a separate personality. Cool community here. Also appreciate people taking the time to educate others (people who know what they are talking about) on the questions they have. Also appreciate the guys who have good questions.. I've seen some good ones and love seeing everyone's input. Id love to join in whenever MESO allows me too. Talk to ya soon in the underground boys.

The rougher talk with sources is part of the culture here, it is used to weed out certain Vendors with attitudes expecting to be worshipped like they do on other forums.

Stats 5'10 144 lifting for 2 years. Ran 600 TE from may to june roughly 18 weeks. Used adex for the entirety of it. I know.. stupid lol. got up to 174 pretty lean and when i came off ran enclo and nolv with hcg. Also started 5iu hgh and 1-2mg reta roughly end of november. I feel bigger than i was on cycle and delt with loss in size for a few weeks. I did a good job of training and keeping a good nutritional plan for myself. Im probably sub 8% but am hard on myself im sure im lower. Everything is striated on me and i have ab veins. shoulders are just as capped as they were on cycle with a proper pump. I plan to run 400 test 300 eq in mig812 once the source ive been eyeing opens. I like to be drier as you couldve guessed by my size lol. I pushed 300 lbs on bench at 152lbs ( butt down and raw) and strive for a big bulk and maybe high 3s maybe low 4s bench next cycle. I train till failure every set and train harder than anyone around me (anytime fitness lol). Im in love with the sport of lifting but wanted more. glad i spent the last few months researching different things and encouraged me to keep going down this information pit. Definitely a learning curve to this. I also want to maybe hit 180-190 bw next cycle. I plan 20 weeks and a cruise( i get my blood tested unlike alot of my friends lol) unless my markers are clean, i might push a little longer. I have 70mg Ox tabs and plan to split those for preworkouts subL too, need to learn more about how that works and if its worth cycling VAR or if 1 pre workout tab a day would be fine, also weather to stay consistent or to only use it on heavy days. Still doing my research!! Maybe if anyone has past experience or tips they could share. Well thats me nice meeting you guys.

First advice don't be a TikTok know it all. Not saying you are. We have plenty of them and it's getting old, so if your going to post for insight and then argue the information provided just save it. Again this is a solid post and you don't strike me as being one of those. Also thank you for the detail it gives a bigger picture to your experience and exposure. TY

Now as for your Ana question...
It will really ultimately be up to you. Try different things. I use to personally split dose daily at a minimal of 2 if not 3 evenly spread. As I progressed over the years I've gotten to a point where I just dose 1.5hrs pre. This works for me, however I will say it takes a few extra days for me to walk in the gym and know it's taking affect. When I was split dosing I recall it being very much noticeable by day 2 or 3. Legitimate strength increase immediately. So experiment and see what you prefer.
