Newbie with money but don't want big muscle

Not to add to your confusion, but considering the goals, I'd run the EQ at 600 and the sust, like you said, at 250. I'd also get 2X as much EQ and run it for 20wks, but that's just me.

Here's my thougts on the matter. Some people postulate that EQ for less than 14 weeks is a waste. I don't know if I totally concur, but I do think 10 is short.

EQ has a great effect on tendons and ligaments. Considering your history of injuries, it might heal you up a bit.

I suppose I have some more reasons, but I can't articulate them right now. My brain isn't working in ketosis.
