Newbie with money but don't want big muscle

I may have a unique problem. I'm 31yo former athlete/steroid virgin 5'8, 175 with a bf of 10%. I really don't want to gain more than 20lbs b/c I work with children and don't want to scare them. I planned to purchase enough gear for Cycle 1 Deca/Sust 8wk, Cycle 2 EQ/Winny 8wk, and Leftover Cycle 3 Deca/Sust 6wk over a 18mo period. I have plenty PCT as well.

But is it possible (if not likely) that I might gain 10lbs+ with Cycle 1? I'm a doctor so I cannot look freaky (no offense). And then all this gear will go to waste (I planned to order a cycle's worth of var as well).

So advice . . . buy the Deca/Sus plus ancillaries and forget the EQ, Winny, Var or go for the gusto?

a Doctor???Humm

cycle one is fine. You will get a bloated look. the second will cut you up. just combine cycles 1 and 3 into one and cut with 2.

I don't understand the purpose of using steroids without the intention of muscle gain. Wouldn't it be plenty easy to hit 200 naturally?

I am in the medical field as well and I work pediatrics.Bro I've never had a problem with size scaring them....they all think it's cool. Most of them look at me like i'm some damn celebrity or a pro- wrestler.

Dont want to gain muscle??

My honest non-medical advice to you is that you don't have any business "juicing" at all. At 175 you have A LOOOOONNNNGGGG WAY TO GO. You should be able to hit 185-200 with a proper diet and lifting program. Not trying to flame you at all, but really take a look back at what you wrote.. Just my thoughts
Jim

lmao... how easy do you think it is to put on 20lbs of lean bodyweight doc? really, c'mon. and to the guys who said, yeah this cycle and that cycle will do it for you, etc... how can you say that without even discussing dosages, workout protocols and diet, for starters. how much will you be taking of each compound? how much, and what, will you be eating? what's your workout going to look like? without addressing, at least, these key points you are all just guessing.

doc, don't get me wrong but, please, use your brain man. stick around here and do a lot of reading, ask some intelligent questions and analyze the feedback you get. THEN and only THEN embark on your chemical odyssey. just my $.02, for whatever it's worth.

He may be at his full genetic potential at 175lb bro...alot of things come into play before you can come to the conclusion to juice or not. However, alot more info is needed doc before we can help...use our search option and you will probably answer your own questions.

This is probally a stupid question, but since your a doctor, can't you just write yourself a script.. Wouldn't that be the same as buying illegal steroids..

haha...just a thought.. If i was an MD i would do that!!

Hey Doc - a few things come to mind while reading this thread (and these are in no way intended as flames, sir)

A) If you got popped with gear, would it threaten your career?
B)"Seriously baby, I can prescribe anything I want". LOL. Can you prescribe your own "stuff"?
C) I think Chip is right...get a solid foundation down first - diet, training, natural supplementation and see how your body responds. You never know...you could be that 1 in a million genetically gifted guy who has yet to really tap into it. Sounds funny but can you say for sure you aren't?

Whatever you decide, I wish you the best.

PS - kids might initially be leery, but as soon as they get over their shyness they love big muscles.

I'm a doctor so I cannot look freaky

Unless youre about 240 at 5'7, youre not gonna look freaky. 190-220 at 5'7 and youll look like youre in great shape, assuming a fairly low bf level.

Run:
Test enth 500mg 1-12 EW
Var 50mg Week 6-14 ED
L-dex .5mg ED 1-14
Nolva and Clomid PCT

You will have minimal bloat and be able to control your mass gains by diet.
After that:
Take your time off and then worry about your next cycle -J

Thnx for the input but maybe I assumed too much when I said 31, former competitve athlete. I started lifting at 15 when I weighed 125. At the end of my high school career of football, track, and wrestling I weighed 165. The top man in my weight class (two time state champ . . . so yes he kicked my arse every day) always said I looked puffed up b/c I looked huge (big bodied muscles on small joints) but he tossed me around like a rag doll at my wrestling weight (135-145). I lifted through college (and two knee reconstructions). My last year in college I returned to varsity sports as a fencer. 5'8", 175lbs, 8%bf I was squatting 405 and would partial 600+. Bench was 295. Nothing impressive but good enough for sabre.

I have a BS in Nutrition and a minor in Biochemistry. From 1989 to 1999 I doubt there was a single nutritional supplement that didn't find it's way through my urinary tract. But nothing did much b/c . . . well most supplements are worth much if your diet, sleep, and routine are dialed in. It's hard to get more dialed in than I am when it comes to maximizing human potential w/o gear. Why do you think I'm lurking on boards . . . this is the fourth board I've joined in the past two months.

During one year in medical school I lost 30lbs down to 155 (looked like death). I graduated in May at 163lbs. Now that I'm in postgrad (research before residency) I can lift again I'm up to a solid 175 but I ain't no spring chicken anymore. I already get comments on how great I look . . . b/c I have small joints, narrow waist, and fairly low bf. But I can always look better . . . just not too much better or too fast.

I don't want to bench 400 . . . hell I'm not all that enthusiastic about returning to 400lb squats either since I'm overdue for knee surgery #3 (lax ACL . . . damn crappy surgeon). Phreezer, AnimalMass, and various other cycles for Newbies that I've seen invariably assume people want to get big and big fast. I want to get a little bigger . . . a little faster than my old man's (early 30s) hormones will support.

A) My research is supported by NIH but since I technically do not have a license to practice medicine (I'm a fellow but I don't bill for clinical care and do not have prescription privileges) there really isn't anything for me to lose . . . unless I get caught selling . . . which will NEVER happen. I would give it away.
B) see A. In order to prescribe you must be licensed and once you have a license you can get a DEA#. Even with a DEA# it's a no-no to self-prescribe. Physicians ask one another for scripts all the time, though.

I think you are right that kids like big muscles . . . the problem is that I'm in child/adolescent psychiatry (psychopharmacology research). I'm always dealing with a patient (research subject) AND their families. First impressions matter a lot and being huge is easily misinterpreted.

Thnx everyone for the advice . . . I found a reliable supplier JAXON with good prices so I wanted to take the plunge. Anyway, thnx again. I'm all open for "normal" medical questions . . . Admittedly, you guys have found ALL kinds of ways to use medications that haven't even been dreamed of by the manufacturers.

I think 8 weeks of 500mg test enanthate, 400 equipoise with 0.5mg arimidex EOD will get you close to that 20lbs if you eat well and train hard plus it will keep you bloat free.

Im sure youre already aware of the legal implications, but in most jurisdictions, giving away free gear is the same as selling/distribution.

It sounds like you have a good grasp on nutrition, but what about training? What kind of workouts have you done? Before you turn to AAS, I think you should give HST (Hypertrophy Specific Training) a real try. It is, IMO, an amazing program for naturals and produces great results in lean mass along with some strength gains. It is entirely designed for size, and size it does produce.

Here is a link to the articles on HST. It is supported by science and has tons of real world feedback. http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html If you have any questions on it, feel free to ask them here.

Also, with your medical background, I would like to invite you to check out the HRT/Med forum. SWALE is the mod in there, but its always good to have a few more knowledgeable people helping out.
