Just joined a few days ago while researching more sources, and to just learn as much as I can. Been running peptides for a year and a half and running gear/peds for about 8 months. Ive been lifting fairly consistently naturally for the last 15 years but I finally took the plunge to the enhanced side. Since going on I have actually been able to improve all my blood markers since before that time I prescribed to the idea that being natty training hard, and staying fairly lean automatically meant everything was good to go. When I got my blood work right before hopping on, most markers were good but HBA1C was a bit high, cholesterol was thru the roof and iron/ferritin was super high. I spent the next couple months getting things improved and also started with 200 test, some var and 2 IU GH. Now I am at 350 test 150 EQ and 3.5 IU GH, and everything is in range. Gained about 20 lbs of muscle while loosing at least 10 lbs of fat. Looking forward to continuing to get better.

First test full natty LDL was 272, apob was 170 and lpa was Second test was 55 mg/dl so middle of the range. Second test a month after after a 6 week var/enclo cycle(stupid I know) I forgot to get apob but LDL was 160. Latest test was on above cycle, LDL was 80 and apob was 66.

LDL was 272, apob was 170
How long do you think you had such elevated numbers for?

You may want to consider getting a calcium score and/or some other cardiac imaging done.

How do you think you managed to improved your a1c while taking HGH at the same time?

They weren't that elevated for long. I used to get yearly testing and LDL was from around 115-150. Then the last few months I was eating like 12 eggs a day. I believe I am a hyper absorber of dietary cholesterol because to get from 270 to 160 only took reducing eggs from 12 to 4 a day, plus citrus bergemot. To get to 80 I added ezetimibe and red yeast rice. hs CRP has always been low at .15-.25, and fasting insulin was from 2.6-4.4 the last year. I think I lowered my HBa1c by cleaning my diet up some, mostly reducing night time feasting on simple carbs and fat lol. I actually eat more carbs now and less fat. HBa1c has gone from 5.6 to 5.1. I have a glucose monitor and my average with that has been hovering around 100 average glucose. By my math that's about 5.11

Awesome I'm glad you were able to get things in line so easily

Ezetimebe basically "cures" hyper absorption, fyi.

Would give you a lot more dietary flexibility without concern everything that even looks a little oily will jack up your LDL for a day or two.

Yeah that was exactly my thoughts too. I'd rather use a mild and side effect free (for me at least) medication than spend my time always worrying and restricting the hell out of my diet. Plus eggs have so many good micronutrients.

Ezetimebe, Pitavastatin, and Repatha, drove my LDL so low, into the 30's, saturated fats have essentially no effect on my cholesterol levels anymore. And no side effects. Modern meds are just amazing.

Meat, full fat dairy, and of course whole eggs. I could drop one of the 3 meds in that stack and carefully restrict sources of saturated fats, but why bother? I feel like it's made life more enjoyable, and plenty of high saturated fat foods are very nutrient dense,
