Well here is my intro!
I am 51 years. I just got done with a prison sentence in January that has me right at 20 years down most of it consecutive.

My NEW goal is to cut this lard off I have accumulated since released in January. Not weight loss, but to cut the fat!

I am 6 feet 251 pounds this morning up from last week. I love bodybuilding! Very stress relieving. I am extremely disappointed in myself since being released and I can’t find the reason as to what is going on. I think I may be responding to my gear differently than what was planned.

I put in the other post of prior involvement with Dbol, Anadrol, Tren, Test, HGH, and Deca about 50mg week, and going to try Retatrutide. Reason for the retatrutide is looks like it may offer a loophole to help me get rid of the lard on me. Again, not weight loss but fat loss. My diet is at least 200-220 grams protein daily, about 175 of carbs that I try to research that are good among other things like appropriate fat intake and sugar. I try to eat ZERO sugar!

I was doing very good cardio in prison and we had horrible diets while down. If any of you were in you understand. I had to hustle to get the extra tuna and mackeral we had in there. Now my current gear consists of Tren A about 15-20mg daily, Test C 300mg week and I try to break it down into several shots thru the week, HGH which I try to do 2iu daily although I was actually told to do 20iu daily from an Ifbb pro. I went to the internet and found out it seems to be a waste at that level.

I do have access to bloodwork and would like to have someone point me the tests to take and what to look for. There is an on-site lab where I work.

I am a recovering addict been fairly clean from illicit stuff for 7 years. That being meth and opiates. I started using gear again after 20 years. My doctor started me on testosterone therapy and I didn’t want to pay the prices the pharmacy wanted me to. So I went to someone else. The Gear is awesome and I feel better now than I did in my 30s.

I run a program for recovering addicts and felons to help them get back on their feet and find resources to help them when they get out so I love my brothers. I help out them back into the workforce and working on my CDAC license and right now I am certified peer support specialist.

Hopefully I can cut this back off me in about 6-8 months and I can get back on track. I had a hard time actually finding the New forum after I got pointed out the newbie forum. My phone would not let me click on it and got super frustrated. Now I seen firsthand how the tren can bring on anxiety just a little.

Lots to unpack here. First off 20iu of HGH nope. You need to work up to that and see how you respond. Get off the Tren. You need to get you body fat under control before any AAS protocol in general. Get some bloodwork. See what’s going on to know if there are underlying factors impacting the weight gain in addition to understanding which gear might be best. Sugar is one thing but what’s more important is the total caloric intake vs your activity level and what quality is those calories. Your calories while down vs out may be very different. My suggestion is stick to a TRT dose until you can figure all this out. GH is fine but keep it at 2-4iu for now. Bloods… full comprehensive metabolic panel. You get unusual markers back from that then you can deep dive into more specific markers that are off. Sure you can drop a couple hundred and get things you don’t need yet but nothing wrong with seeing what’s going on first. Your 251 and don’t take this wrong but your out now brother nobody is going to challenge you like when you was in. I walk around 230-240 in off season and lower pre show of course and nobody bothers me.

Yeah my calories as I can tell best I can is 2200-2600 depending on weekend lol. I had extremely good size at 225 when I got out. But, of course I wanted more. I was very vascular. Well you could tell I was in prison for sure. Now I am 251, fat miserable mentally with it. I am stupid strong, but I want to look it again. Thanks man. And I slowed down tremendously with my size. If I fought now, I would have an issue with my speed. But that’s behind me. I stay in the gym and my “buddy” keeps telling me Tren Tren Tren! Although I had better results with Anadrol.

I just want to keep the muscle I gained because according to him, I gained a lot. My jeans don’t seem any tighter, my ass and my stomach is where it is. The look really I am going for although probably impossible at my age, is a rugby player! Wide back, huge traps, huge legs, smallish waist, and decent arms. I got most of it and I feel my ass is the worst. So, I am buying an elliptical the kind that’s like a bike you sit on and pull arms rowing while pedaling. Or it may be called something else that’s what everybody calls them here.

I feel the test was better on me while I was taking 500mg week. Oh shit I take an aromatizer also. It’s called tomaxifen oral liquid! Do I need the estrogen blocker? I kind of doubted dude a little no matter his credentials and he is a very good friend of mine I just feel I respond to this shit differently than he does.

So do you think cutting the caloric intake to a 1700-1800 daily intake will be a difference? What about mostly calories from protein?

Bro science can kill you lol. Most things in here aren’t complete bro science. Yes tren is great for strength but with right diet and work out you can keep most of your strength. I’m not on tren and haven’t for years and I’m not far from your age I can rep 405. AI, do you need an AI? Bloods will tell you that story and for some our E2 levels can depend on symptoms. Why add something we aren’t sure we need. At 251 and that caloric intake you shouldn’t be gaining weight. I’d suggest sitting and calculating out your food. You can search cooked weight calories of foods to get an idea. Fuck those apps that tell you. Get a scale and weigh it out. Try a macro goal of 60/40/10. Still getting fuel and a good protein uptake with lower fat. Look at the food quality is it clean? Sauces and all that shit when you are trying to drop can be the devil. Weekends, if you want to dial in it’s day in and out. If your maintenance for example is 2500 and on weekends your hitting 500-600 over that’s the range for gaining weight. Whats your cardio? Are you in the fat burn zone for 30 minutes on cardio day? Get up to about 100 minutes of cardio a week with 45 of it on a stair master. You could add some Retatutride. Start with 2mg a week for about 3 weeks then go up to 4 and see how it’s going. Some run way higher doses. Great thing about Reta is it doesn’t suppress appetite or eat at muscle plus it helps regulate insulin. DM if you want. But if you really want to trim down yeah we gotta drop calories. You can still be big at 225 it’s just carried different. This is an easy path if you got the discipline.
 
Congrats to you for being clean and being a free man. Great advice in the posts above. TRT, GH 2-3 iu’s, and reta. Leave everything else alone. Cut the fat off with a caloric deficit and cardio/steps. You will lose weight and it may look like you are losing muscle as well, but just trust the process.
Once you get body fat under control then you can add in the AAS along with a slight surplus. Have realistic expectations along with short term and long term goals. I wish you the best.

Same advice as above - cut out the bullshit, even the stuff your buddy told you about. Do some more research. Ask questions here, there are a ton of people that would love to help. Focus on dropping the fat weight. You're plenty strong.

Yes, I am strong lol. There guys in prison that look like a heart attack waiting to happen and the rep weights in the 500 range. It’s nuts. And there are guys who are “big” and are just weak as hell. I came out both, and I miss it like a woman that crushed my heart and cheating with my uncle. I put in all that work, and now look at me.

And it’s hard not to take advice from a guy that has a pro card. But now I see it’s circumstantial. The only purpose I had out of my Tren, is to get back what I lost because since I have been on it, I feel unreal amazing! I get aggressive, but I am vascular and my veins are starting to show again. I just want to keep my strength while cutting whatever I need to cut! I got more advice from somebody this morning swearing I need to be in the 250-300 gram protein intake daily. I don’t feel I need that much. I stopped Creatine because the juice makes me intake water. Should I go back to creatine?

And thanks guys. I came from being a real self made millionaire losing 2 business to addiction. The worst thing was losing my kids and family. I don’t like talking about my situation but I don’t have sex charges of any type. If asked, I will spit it out. But my goal is to help my felons and addicts. There are so many people trying to change and they have NOBODY!


This website is just like what I do, you help people! That is why I didnt get upset, I looked at where and what I needed to do to get where I need to be. So again, thank everyone.

So, I am looking for something solid. I am very good at discipline! Everybody knows when we go down, you learn discipline and you learn respect. There is so much HERE that shows all that. I see people in their 50s 60s and even 70s that look like straight magazine material. And that’s what I want.

So I will lurk, ask, and do everything everyone thinks I need to do. I am BIG, but fuck sakes I am soft looking. The Lard is killing me. I am strong and sort of look it but I want my shit back and I am like a kid kicking and screaming lol. I need to focus on my loss, of my body, get my nutrition back on track although I don’t know what I am doing wrong, and get on track. We have an amazing gym here the IFBB pro built for us. So there are very nice machines, free weights and a track. Yes, we have an Olympic track that is extremely nice.

So, I am gonna try and post my daily food intake and pics. I went on a 12 week change because my buddy asked me to. And on the positive, I am training my friend and helping him out and he is looking amazing. Dude has gained at least 20 pound muscle in the last 4 months. So I sort of know what I am doing. I just don’t understand exactly everything about ENHANCEMENTS!

I can’t stop saying thanks. We as addicts have gratefuls and I am grateful for you guys. I know everything is different and I know I have good genetics. That’s what I got going good at least.
