I have never dieted before, just eaten clean for a while.
I want to lose some bodyfat for summer. I was 185, got sick and am down to 175 in 2 days.(altitude sickness) anyways i guess i got a jumpstart on my diet, lol. Im 6'0 tall and havent gotten my bodyfat tested but the internet calcs say im about 13%.
School starts monday and this is when i will start dieting. I also do 40 mins of intese cardio M-F.
Just for kicks i will lay out what i am thinking of doing (with my serious lack of knowledge in this area.)
Breakfast 6am
fruit
protein shake w/fat free milk(260 cal, 55 g protein)
Lunch noon
PB&J or tuna or Ham/cheese sandwich (all fat free ingredients)
Post workout meal (530 pm)
Protein shake
Fruit
Dinner 7 pm
Homecooked lowfat meals cooked with love.
(whole wheat pasta, veggies, lean meats etc.)
Sometime b4 bed (occasionally depending on how much I ate at dinner) a bowl of special K or Total cereal with fat free milk
