New sneakers are overpriced pieces of shit lately

Go minimalist, less foam and crap, wider toe box and less to go wrong. The soles tend to be harder wearing due to what they are too. It does take a bit of getting used to not being on foam cushions all the time though.

I have been impressed with Altra. Rather flat with a wide toe box. Narrow toe boxes reek havoc on my feet and then knees, hips, spine, etc…

I would like to find a quality toe spacer that actually fits. The rubber ones on Amazon don’t fit my feet/toes but even still I can see how helpful some good fitting ones could be for allowing the toes to splay out as intended when we move in any athletic fashion.
