New on HGH, need some insight in expected IGF-1 changes.

That is what Im doing. I take 2iu of hGH and then 10iu of insulin about an hour later. Its working very well. Im on PCT now and haven't lost much from my last cycle which was way too long and too high dosed. I plan to get back on AAS in November.

An hour is to late!
15 min after Gh shoot!
Fast actin insulin is working for about max 4 hours, Gh 3 hours!
More skilled users are also using long acting and short actin insulin!
Don't forget, insulin and GH are working hand in hand and GH is more longer active and biology working with insulin!

Not necessarily too late at all. I have found that a nice "sweet spot" for most will be their GH dose one hour pre-workout followed by R type insulin 30 minutes pre-workout.

This allows the first "wave" to hit right around the time your workout begins and the insulin will be active for the duration of the workout as well as the hours immediately following.

Some find that LOG type insulin works well, however many find it to do not a darn thing (myself included)...

Another potential option is R type insulin 30 minutes pre-workout followed by LOG type insulin immediately post workout along with post-workout meal.
