New member here. I’ve been training on and off for about 10 years and recently started taking things more seriously again. I’m not new to lifting, but I’m newer to this side of things and mainly here to learn and do everything the right way.
I’ve been reading the forum for a bit and there’s a lot of solid info here, so I’m looking forward to learning more about health, bloodwork, recovery, and overall longevity. Appreciate all the knowledge shared here.
