Hi, I’m new to the forum and I’m looking for help with TRT.
I’m 50 years old and I’ve already seen two doctors, but none of them want to help me with this issue, even though my LH is 15.4 I.U./L and my testosterone is 11.5 nmol/L.
I have another appointment with a third doctor; if he doesn’t help me either, I’ll have to do it on my own.
I hope someone here can help me.
Thank you in advance, and sorry for the mistakes in my English.
Greetings to everyone.

Hello, I am 174cm tall, I weigh 91kg my fat as a percentage I think is now at 32% since my testosterone is low I have been on a very balanced diet for months, no alcohol or anything else. I am Italian and I live in Germany

I used to go to the gym 4/5 times a week until a month ago but lately I feel unmotivated I follow a balanced diet. I did the last analysis last February 2nd and lurologist told me that everything is ok apart from very high I said about my symptoms but he told me to try again in six months to redo the analysis. Tomorrow, or an appointment with an endocrinologist, I will take the analysis last November and these in February, where LH has risen a little and Testosteron has fallen again and let's see what he will tell me: I will be forced to do it alone, I can not go on like this with very little libido, motivation to zero and muscle loss: the night I wake up at 3 o'clock I can not live like this.
