Hey everyone,

This is my first post and my intro post!

I am a 29 y/o male, I have been consistently lifting for about 10-11 years now, last few a lot more purposefully.
I ended up on these forums as I have never used anything like a PED before and frankly just wanted to hear everyone’s stories and experiences to see if it’s for me or not!
I have always been pretty nervous about putting substances in my body good or bad although after months or lurking and learning I have decided to post, and start planning my first cycle of just test to dip my toes and listen to how my body responds. Getting labs drawn next week as a baseline
My goal with trying this is to simply amplify my energy, my strength, and break my plateau’s.
Any one else’s experience the first time they introduced a new substance to their body is appreciated

Smart. Take your time. Do your research. Ask questions. Get bloodwork and dexas before you do anything.

What tests to you plan on ordering?

see if it’s for me or not!
I would say only if your level of training truly demands it.

If you have gaps in your training, fix those first.

If you have gaps in your nutrition,, fix that first.

If you aren't getting good sleep, fix that first.

After everything is optimized and you still demand more from your training.... that's when to consider ped's

I was going to order
Total test
Free test
SHBG
Estradiol

Debating if I should anything else what’s your thoughts and why? Thank you in advance!

I just had my PCP pull my CBC and CMP and that was all within normal limits.

Love that too it’s a good gut check to see if I really have everything completely dialed in first

Sorry LH and FSH too
Lipid panel dude. Include apob and lpa.

Don't play with steroids until your cholesterol is dialed in, because as soon as you start, it will get wrecked. Start from as good of a place as you possibly can, check it often, and treat it accordingly. Get your hdl up to 60, your ldl to 70 or lower, and nuke your triglycerides. apob and lpa are important to check also.

If you ever plan on running hgh, check your baseline igf

Whats your blood pressure?

Yep my lipids were checked with my PCP! Il need to log into my portal again to see where they were other than I know they were WNL

Blood pressure is high 120’s over 65ish when I don’t have a Zyn pouch in lol.

I’m having a hard time on these forums finding real world experience from people who are JUST running test. Iv used a lot of CHAT GPT but taking all that with a grain of salt. Do you have any threads you can refer me to for peoples experience only using test?

used a lot of CHAT GPT
Ahh yes, Chat GPT the famous athletic coach. Lots of direct experience with athletes there.

Chat GPT only knows what it is told. It can't tell you the best way to abuse a drug(s) because that's not what researchers study.

Name 1 thing you do that requires more than just test (if that's even actually needed).

lol I think there was a miss communication, I said I only want to use test but from many forums iv read on this website it seems everyone uses ALOT MORE than just test. I would like to talk and hear peoples experience only using testosterone not stacked with other stuff. Hope that makes better sense

That’s why I’ve been saying, I am looking for other people who are just using test to hear about their experience. I am having trouble finding threads on this forum about people only using testosterone and not using other drugs.

What kind of experience sharing are you looking for?

Look for posts that teach you why it's important to get as lean as possible before starting test. Like down to chest veins / ab veins

Look for posts that talk about the side effects and how to mitigate them

Learn about what blood work to do on repeat frequently

Learn about where to pin

Learn about the different esters and when / why to use them

Learn the difference between china labs and domestic labs

Learn how to plan ahead for your use and have everything you will need on hand. Enough gear for a sustained period of time so you don't have supply interruptions, the ancillaries to keep on hand, and when to consider using them.

Learn about when / why / how to filter your gear

Learn about how your lipids will be affected, and how to eat accordingly and treat them if needed.

Learn about how to build a food plan to optimize the anabolism you are hoping to get from using testosterone

Learn how to match your training / food / gear to get the most out of everything

Learn about why we do daily cardio while on gear and the best way to do it

..... You aren't going to find it all in one shared "experience".

There is an entire science to learn.

I suggest spending a lot of time reading this forum for at least a month before starting anything. Then follow the suggested resources (youtube and such), and binge that content as well. Cross check the things you are hearing and learning.
