Hi y’all,

I’m 23 years old, 5’ 11” (6 ft on tinder) and currently about 190 lbs.

I’m a huge nerd for everything having to do with endocrinology, pharmacology, and “biohacking” in general for longevity and optimization. I’ve been thoroughly researching this stuff for years now. My list of vitamins and supplements that I take keeps growing it’s honestly ridiculous. I spend way more on ancillaries than I do on gear, which honestly is the way it should be imo.
That being said, I’m here to learn all I can from all of y’all because even though I’ve learned a lot, there’s always more to learn.
My goal is to get up to around 220 at 8-10% bodyfat (which is pretty easy for me to maintain because I hate eating) and just refine my physique from there over the years as my muscle density increases over time. I want to get big but not so big that girls don’t like it anymore lol.

Anyways, I’m looking forward to interacting with y’all and learning new things and interacting with more passionate and like-minded individuals who want to gain muscle without dying in the process.

Welcome. Hope you find what you are looking for and reach those goals.

IMO you don't need PEDS to do it. You can achieve your goal or at least very close to it with proper diet and training. If you are thinking about starting PEDs, maybe wait a while and see where you plateau.

If I had the knowledge I had now back when I was 23 - I would steer clear of PEDs and do as much as possible naturally.

PEDs would've come much later in my life.

Welcome to the board. Not much to add I think @mass gain is correct.

Honestly there is no where on the web that has the information contained here to help. From dieting to working out it is all here. If in the future a PED is right for you that data is here too.
