Hey all, been reading the forums for some time now and wanted to get involved a bit more. In my late 30's and have done a number of cycles over the last 15 years or so. Use to be in to competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting in my 20's but actually focus primarily on ultra-endurance training and racing these days; cross country skiing, trail running, Ironman/triathlon. I use to be huge into it back in high school and during my days as a Navy Corpsman, always loved what distance training did for my body and head. I still lift 3-4x/week to maintain a lean, athletic, and aesthetic physique, not trying to be some fucking skinny flat bitch running around.
It's interesting though, I've been experimenting with AAS and it's applications to the hybrid endurance/lifting world in the last few years. However, that fucking community doesn't talk about the shit and it's hard to find a sounding board. Quite honestly, I felt like absolute dog shit without at least TRT with what that type of training does to your body. I'd say there's definitely a place for it's application but finding the right balance so you get positive benefits without the negatively affecting performance is tricky. Typically after a build-up to a race, I'll increase dosages and hit to gym a bit more for my physique since my endurance training load is lower.
I've been running the following successfully for the last year and performing well:
Test Cyp 140mg weekly, injected EOD(the EOD injected has negated any estrogen related sides I was getting with less frequent injections)
HCG 250IU EOD
HGH 3.6IU ED split into two doses, morning and evening
GW-501516 20 mg ED(about 3 months out from events)
I'm thinking of experimenting a little bit here though and running something like 100mg Test & 100mg Primo or Mast to see how that feels. In any case, that's my intro, looking forward to learning more.
