Hi all, first trained back in 1988, first competed 1990 and through to my last show in 2004,boy have things moved on since then, got into endurance sports, long distance running, iron man’s, then ultra marathons, last couple of years been back into the gym, full gas with a renewed love for it, 55 years old now, never felt better, done a few cycles , still tolerate fear really well, my diet is spot on, training is on point like it used to be just not hitting the huge numbers we used to back in the 90’s, started having bloods done, everything thing looks good, so onwards and upwards as one as I can
