Tried to ask a question and was scolded to post a new member post which I didn’t realize I was supposed to do so here it is. I started lifting in 2020 I was 18 years old about 150 pounds. I got obsessed with seeing the numbers go up in the weight room and I bulked over the course of two years from 150 pounds at 6 foot 2 to 300 pounds I deadlifted 700 benched 375 for two and then I realize that I was a fat sack of shit. so I started dieting I did hours and hours of cardio crashed dieted and got very very lean to about 160 pounds at probably 8 to 9% body fat. Lots of loose skin and very poor confidence so I decided I wanted to start taking gear. I am now five weeks into my first cycle of 250 mg of testosterone 1 mg of dut 4 to 6 mg of reta 5 to 10 mg of Cialis a day and .25 or arimidex every other day on my pin days. In terms of my goals, I don’t really have any specific goals. I don’t wanna be a bodybuilder. I’ve always loved training. I trained similar to Jordan Peters the very high intensity high frequency, low volume approach because that’s what’s the most enjoyable to me and hopping on has definitely made my love for the gym Come back. I plan on bumping the doses as much as I possibly can without losing my hair and without dying in the near immediate future. I really just wanna fill out my loose skin. I wanna get bigger. I wanna get leaner and I just wanna feel good. Prior to hopping on right after my diet I had 217 test I got bloodwork one day after starting my first cycle after one 70 mg testosterone pin(stupid ik i should have done it before starting)and my test was 1060 now about four weeks in my test was 1500 although this was taken at a trough and the 1500 was a peak. I’m planning on ramping my dose slowly overtime up to 4 to 500 mg of testosterone adding 50 mg every four to eight weeks and then I’ll probably add in a secondary compound like Primo or mast and titrate that up every four-eight weeks mayb add anavar at the end and then come down to trt and clean out(this is all subject to my bloodwork and how i feel). Basically I just want to get as big and lean as possible without having any serious negative side effects. I have had some weird reactions in the past. I’ve taken certain batches of reta where my throat has swollen up and I felt like i was having a severe histamine reaction they found some swollen nodes on my groin after I started testosterone which they said were benign and I also have a potential adenoma on my liver. I’m getting follow up MRI in November to determine but until then I have to be pretty low and moderate with my dosages and keep in mind that I have some sensitivities and pre existing health issues but for the most part, I don’t plan on doing anything crazy just wanna be big and lean and look sick as fuck. Also, I’m now 23 years old, 185 lbs, around 12-13% bodyfat. Goal is to get to 200 single digit by the end of my first year long cycle.
