Hello!

I am in my mid-40s.

Training for the better part of the past 25 years. I truly love this lifestyle.

Incredibly genetically ungifted. Thick waist, tiny clavicles, long femurs, tend towards fat, not strong. I do the best I can.

On 100mg TRT for 3 years. Some small cycle experience both in my 20s/30s and after getting on TRT (never more than 250mg total AAS load and never for more than 12 weeks, so I am not a super experienced user).

Diagnosed with mild coronary artery calcification a little over a year ago.

5'10". My scale tells me I'm 180 at 15%bf, but I think it's probably just being nice.

As you can see from my picture, the gyms closed and I got severely depressed and really let myself go for two years during Covid. Total test was down in the 200s and I simply could not gain traction getting back in shape, so I got on TRT.

I was already working my way back into shape when I learned that I have mild coronary artery calcification. Huge wake up call. No more "slam cheeseburgers and get swole bro" for me. I had to radically change my diet and training. Now my goal is to stay healthy on a conservative dose of TRT with the occasional small "blast" to stay motivated and engaged.

I've always loved the science and pharmacology of this lifestyle and enjoy reading studies. I hope I can contribute my experience as an older guy focused on healthy living and lower dosages. I'm currently interested in learning more about peptides.

Thanks for reading!
