Hi everyone!
New member here. A little about me, I am 33 years old. Been lifting for a long time but most of it was pointless lifting in my 20's where I wouldn't really push myself and fell for the whole workout once a week on every body part and barely progressively overload. The last 2 years my training has been much more serious and coincidentally it has been when I have been on trt (test levels before hopping on were low 200s at one point). Life changing and been loving trt so far and about to start my first test only cycle this week. My labs are all very healthy and everything is good to go.
Going to be slowly ramping up 50mg a week and keep an eye out for any estrogen issues and whatnot. Just trying to see how my body reacts to testosterone at higher dosages and blast at maybe 400 to 500ish for like 20ish weeks once I have my amount I'm set at. Not looking to add any wild compounds. Just doing 2 iu GH and have been on 1mg of reta for about 6 months now.
Currently 6'2 and 178 pounds at about 13.5 percent body fat. Excited to see where I can go with this and have been reading the forums trying to soak up information!
