New member introduction: Recomp cycle test + deca + eq

Hey guys,

after a long training break due to corona and personal issues I'm back in the gym and on cycle. I've over 10 years of experience and both training and nutrition are spot on. During the last 4 weeks I've lost about 4-5% body fat and gained about 4-5kg of muscle/intramuscular water.

I'm on 150mg Test E, 500mg Deca and a small dose of 50-100mg Tren E (for it's anti catabolic and nutrient partitioning effects) per week. I'm planning to add EQ to the mix and maybe reduce the Deca a little bit to become more vascular and hard.

I'm wondering what the best ratio of Test, Deca and EQ might be. I'm very prone to gyno, that's why I only run test at 150mg/week and always have tamox at hand. Deca increases the aromatisation from test to estrogen whereas EQ does the opposite.

Any thoughts?

That's alot of shit . I don't think you need to add more.

It's really late to add in EQ.
 
I've experience with basically every compound there is. I've also used GH, GH secretagogues and Insulin. But never got much out of it. AAS are WAY more effect than peptides, at least from my experience. Some may respond different.

I used to run a lot of DHT derivatives but they cost me a lot of hair. That's why I'm working with more hair friendly ones now. Except for the Tren, but at 50-100mgs it's seems to be tolerable.

I don't necessarily wanna increase more total AAS (per week), I just wanna figure out a ratio of Test, Deca and EQ, in which my estrogen isn't too high or too low, as well as keeping prolactin in check. I wouldn't exceed a total of 1000mgs AAS per week.
