Hello there. I have been crawling the forum
for a few weeks now and recently became a member, so sharing my intro.
35M 6’0 218 lbs, BF 19%, Ectomorph body type amidst a bulk cycle. Was very consistent lifting in high school and college (ran track, hooped virtually every day), then became less dedicated in my 20s and fell off as I focused on career (work in marketing) which, really, was nothing more than a excuse. Started lifting again at 31, and have been consistently training and studying the last 3 or so years, including implementing a regimented diet, tracking every calorie, weighing/measuring my food, learning and applying principles of hypertrophy, ect
Have been natty until now, focused on maximizing my body’s natural muscle growth before assessing enhancers. The impetus behind my interest in compounds, now, stems from me running bloodwork last year and seeing total Test at 405 ng/dL, Free Test at 4.40. Didn’t test for SHBG, but plan to run a full panel at end of my bulk. Would like to increase test levels to increase my body’s efficiency at muscle protein synthesis, as well as overall quality of life (sleep, energy levels)
Current goal is 225 lbs at end of this bulk cycle (end of March). Then plan on programming another 12 week bulk cycle to reach 240, followed by a 10 week cut cycle to get to 225 lbs and reducing BF to 13-15%.
