Hey guys, glad to be here! A quick intro, I'm a bodybuilder with a little over 5 years of training to date. I'm currently 6'4" 215 lbs. I'm currently cutting with an end goal of around 6-8%, from there I pan to rebound and begin my next cycle. I've been lurking here for some time and really enjoy reading some of these informative threads. I've definitely gained some knowledge on risk mitigation here that I will be implementing in my next cycle. Can't wait to hang around and pick up some new knowledge.
