Hey everyone, I'm new on Meso and just getting my foot in the door with PEDs. I've used peptides and over some time I've informed myself on the world of PEDs a bunch, although I believe I've just scraped the tip of the iceberg- there is indubitably tons of information I have yet to learn, and I am looking forward to starting that process here.

I am 21 years old, lower range of test, and want to improve my looks and life quality with testosterone. After I get back in the gym (following surgery recovery), and get bloodwork done, I plan to start 250mg test. I will also be stocking up on arimidex, minoxidil, and raloxifene to mitigate any potential sides from this.

Looking forward to getting into this world of information!

530 is fine its not that Low. You're 21yrs old definitely dont need test at this stage and not at 250mgs either. Thats a recipe for disaster. Plenty of other things to dabble in that will raise your test couple hundred points. Unless your gifted and looking to compete? But I didnt get that vibe from the post. !SHRUGS!

Could you please tell me why that would be a recipe for disaster?
And what other things do you have in mind to raise T naturally? Like lifestyle and diet? I eat whole foods probably 90% of the time, take all sorts of vitamins such as d3+k2, zinc, boron, fish oil, and take care of my gut health. My energy just isn't there and I don't think I want to be tired all the time with low libido at 21 years old.

21yrs old on test is usually always a bad idea. You're just too young to be injecting test this early for the rest of your life. I would start by first looking over all of your supplements and making sure you're not taking a bunch of synthetic shit that could be negatively affecting your energy. We can always discuss quality supps at some point. Most supplements are a scam and just waste your money. !SHRUGS!

there's always room for improvement, that being said if you're going to use testosterone, it's most likely something definitive, TRT would be my go to in that case, try X dosage and adjust from there, a lot of times more is worse

Its a bad idea because PEDs mess with your organs and natural cycles, which should be near optimal at this stage in your life. All you need to do is look at the list of possible sides to any drug to see the dangers. The only reason you should do PEDs at your age is if you are a competitive athlete and/or you have already reached peak natty status which is highly unlikely at 6-0 170. The only other good reason is probably injury and/or disease. Further you brain isnt fully functional yet so at the very least, you should question anything you do that might be dangerous. Humans dont have a fully formed brain till around mid 20s. Keep that in mind as you move forward.

As for your expectations, PEDs will not help you mentally for more than a few weeks if even that. Its just the initial androgen rush and from what I have seen, it only works on non-athletes just starting. Athletes already had this honeymoon early in life. In other words, many get zero mental or "feels" impact from PEDs, including myself, at any dose. They are not really stimulants that make you feel energetic. Not directly anyway. Thats not what they do.

You are tired because you are now an adult with responsibilities and stress. Like most young folks, you are probably still learning how to deal with it and are living in denial because you are used to being a teen. Welcome to club adult. Isnt it grand? Why do you think we give kids so much slack? Because we know what life is like and what aging and stress do.

But back to the point, if you are feeling tired, odds are no drug will save you, rather they will be patchwork and just make you dependent (making things worse). You need to look at your sources of stress then fix the basics which are usually diet, exercise (both mental and physical) and sleep. Mental stuff is fixed by, you guess it, exercising the brain. More powerful it is, better you can control mental stress. Physical fatigue is different and that will continue to fade. I had two daily bursts of energy as an athletic teen into 20s. I lost one burst of energy in my mid 20s. I lost the second in my mid 30s. After that, no bursts of energy happen naturally unless I force them (at the gym for instance) or via stims which are just temporary and rather dangerous.

This is perfectly normal dude

Your test level isn't what's holding you back

If you can't build muscle at 21 it's because you are doing it wrong.

Learn how to train and eat properly

You can't inject better training and nutrition
I've locked down training and nutrition- I would say I've built a pretty good physique for my age and height. I guess I've just fallen for the hype of taking testosterone.

I don't see myself getting much further progress wise, and I wanted to have that enhanced look and go even harder in the gym, pushing past my natural limits. All being said, would taking testosterone give diminishing returns for someone my age?

You aren't deficient in testosterone.

You are just lazy and don't know what you are doing

Stop blaming your hormones and start blaming your habits

You weigh 170 pounds :D :D :D

Go do some real work in the gym dude

Get a coach if you can't figure it out

Stop looing for something to inject. That's not your problem.

And who are you to tell me I'm lazy and don't know what I'm doing lol? Not a self-proclaimed "gym expert" but 170 lbs lean, at 12-13% ish body fat, and depleted from recovering from surgery isn't as bad as you're trying so hard to make it out to be. What are your stats? Natural or on gear? Assuming you'll be honest.

Show us your training log.

And who are you to tell me I'm lazy and don't know what I'm doing
You are 21 and want to inject something instead of working harder

You haven't asked how to improve your training

You haven't asked how to improve your nutrition

You just want to know how you can inject something because you think it will do what you are unwilling to do for yourself

I'm 48 and have been training my entire life. And I know who's a lazy twat just by hearing what kind of things they are asking. You've told on yourself.

At no point in anyone's advice to you have you asked how can you improve your training or food. All you do is reply with excuses

You have drug user mentality. You just want to inject something.

It's not magic dude.

It's not going to do what you think it is.

Go get a coach. A real coach. Learn how to actually train.

Being curious and questioning certain responses = "lazy twat" got it. Where did this sudden rage come from unc? I came on here for advice and knowledge, not for some miserable 48-year-old to press me about my inquiry of trying something.

And please stop acting like there's a secret code to eating and training. They consist of the most basic and easy to understand principles. I know somebody like you may take a while to get that, but for most people it'll click. Not much you can change once you got it.
