What’s up forum.
I am 31 years old and relatively new to taking my health and fitness seriously (1 year).
I was on the heavier side most of my life past 14 years old apart from my late teens where I lost a little weight, then I packed weight on from 20-30 years old and was pretty sedentary when I finally hit 295 lbs.
I felt miserable and sick and knew something was wrong. I made an appointment to go see my doctor just hoping to get on a GLP1.
He ran my all my blood panels, I was pre diabetic, and my T came back at 208 repeatedly.
I got started on TRT and a GLP.
It has been a year since then and I have lost 90lbs and put on a good deal of muscle in that time. I have also dropped to a maintenance dose of GLP. I have never felt better.
Now, i am happy with the results i have gotten at 200 mg test a week dosed EOD. I would like to increase the dose slightly maybe to 300-400mg and maybe add another compound if it’s worth it.
But due to injuries/surgeries and years of being inactive and overweight I have joint pain and arthritis in my back.

I thought loosing weight and getting fit would relieve most of my pain but it hasn’t.
I deal with weakness and severe back and shoulder pain on a daily basis. Would the inclusion of a small amount of NPP or DECA actually be beneficial?, or is there something better.
The gym has become my outlet and therapy and I am determined to grow muscle and keep mobile and fit through any pain.
I have already tried the Bpc-157/tb-500 without any effect.
