Yo me so what's up.
6' mid 30s. Lifted when I was younger. Continued staying active through other means like cycling and hiking. Got a knee injury years back that took a toll.
Was stupid skinny fat and bloods showed high a1c, cholesterol and liver enzymes. Decided to take charge of that last year.
Calorie deficit. 12k steps. Lifting 3-4 times a week. 280 days start of cut to end. reta mostly. Tried a month of Tesa + IPA that pushed igf-1 from 137 - 336.
Ran down my weight from 190~ to 150~. Dexa showed 8.9% bf (yea I know dexa is a meme, but it's what I got). Visible abs, veins everywhere.
Time to run a lean bulk. Not on any PEDs. Might try some HCG monotherapy just to test the waters and see how it feels to be in the upper reference range.
Current blood work -
Total T - 570. (This was consistent, was 570 when I started, still 570 now that I'm a twink. I think once I eat maintenance for a while it'll go up.)
Free T - 66 (this was after my igf was in the 300s. My shbg was raised. Earlier this year it was 126. I expect it to return to that now that I don't take Tesa+IPA and not in a deficit.)
SHBG - 39 this was 27 at the start.
E2 - 15 pg/mL (seems low but idk)
All cholesterol in range now. All liver in range.
Egfr measured with cystatin c - 95
A1c - was 5.4 now 4.9.
Blood and thyroid all in range.
Off of everything for past 3 weeks. Eating in a maintenance. 2k calories. Going to push that up in a week or so to gain up to .5lb to 1lb a week for the foreseeable future. On the forum to learn about PEDs and take my time deciding if they are for me.
