Decided to finally stop lurking and introduce myself. I’m an IT student from Europe. When I’m not behind a screen, I’m usually 3D printing, wrenching on my E46, or drifting.
Regarding my fitness, I’ve been boxing for 6+ years and around 2-3 weight lifting/gym , but I’ve hit a serious wall with fat loss that I can’t seem to break through. I’ve been using AAS for about a year now. My current protocol is a Test Mix, and I recently started AOD-9604 from Particle Peptides to see if it helps with stubborn fat.
I’m here to optimize my protocol for a fast-paced summer shred. I’ve already dialed in my macros and understand the nutritional basics, so I’m not looking for a diet 101. My goal is to find the most effective compounds to break my current plateau and accelerate fat loss while maintaining muscle mass. I'm looking for real-world feedback on what's currently the 'gold standard' for rapid results when the foundation is already solid.
