Hey all - Long long time lurker. I have learned so much on every topic surrounding fitness, bodybuilding and supplementation from these boards. I figured it was time to give back and start to share my experiences as well.

I have been seriously into fitness for about 15 years, and dabbled inconsistently before that for a long time. I recently started competing about 3 years ago and currently in my second prep.

I lifted naturally (seriously) for about 5 years, but the results were not what you would expect for someone lifting that long. So I then got tested and my test levels were under 300, and thus I began TRT and my hormonal experimentation began. My life changed after that. It was like I had been missing a whole part of my life before that. I have always been "soft" looking including my face and I transformed over the last few years from testosterone. My well being, fitness results, and just overall personality is so much better since getting my levels up.

A few years after this I started to experiment with SARMs. I know they get a bad rap, but combined with TRT it was a good way to start to experiment and learn more about hormonal and performance enhancing supplementation. I have always been a "lowest dose necessary" user and extremely risk averse, so SARMs gave me some nice benefits without much side effects. I feel they have a place combined with testosterone, even though maybe not everyone agrees.

Once I started competing I began using "real" gear and haven't looked back. I am very much a health conscious user and am always using lowest doses needed. I look and feel amazing, and have continued to have great results into my 40s.

I recently had some blood pressure issues (145/90) while bringing in some new compounds, and this board helped me get my numbers back down under 120/80 and am extremely grateful for the knowledge on how to use the BP medications. I have basically had a clean bill of health (blood work wise) all prep and my blood pressure has stayed consistently in the healthy range while adding to the stack as prep comes closer to an end. This is directly due to reading and researching these boards.

Once again, thank you to everyone for your knowledge. It has changed my life. I hate that what we do gets a bad rap in the normal world, because my life is infinitely better from gear, lifting, and everything else that we do in this community.
