Hi guys, Im Lukas. 47 yo guy from Poland. I have beedn traingn for over 10 years on and off with the last 4 years consistently doing good progress naturally until having the idea to go on TRT due to feeling down and having low libido. Started 120 mg Test E and HCG prescribed. Didnt feel that much to be honest, so started lurking and reading a lot on Meso and decided to go the UGL route and upping the doses a bit.

Currently on 350 Test E and 280 Mast P a week plus HCG 500 IU 3x weekly, doing daily SubQ injections. I Have also added 4 IU GH pre bed which helped me lean out quite a bit.

Im about 5'7 and weigh 205 pounds, trying to get lean as much as possible. Doing a lot of cardio, 20 000 steps, fasted cardio in the morning, riding a bicycle. Gym around 4 times a week. I have to say it has changed my life not only for the better, but I feel my best in years and started looking really well.
OVerall it has been a game changer for me and Im trying to stay healthy, doing bloods every 2-3 months.

Still have a lot to learn how my body responds to the gear, but in general all has been well without any serious sides.

You went from a mild TRT dose to a proper multi-drug cycle - how are you feeling?

Are you pinning Mast P SubQ? I was thinking about that -- couldn't find literarture on efficacy.

If you're looking to lean out, shed fat -- have you looked at Retatrutide for a cut? I've found it makes eating a second-class task... never the primary driver. You can enjoy food, but youy have to concentrate to get the second half of the plate down. And stress-eating/snacking doesn't occur. Even the second beer (never usualy a problem) is a proactive decision rather than instinctive.

Well, I feel great actually. Recently added 70mg NPP for joints and it does the job. I pin everything subq, although I would prefer Mast E, to reduce the pinning volume. I do use Reta in low dose like 1mg for around 3 months period and than cycle it off.

As far as the gym progress is concerned, I have managed to get much leaner and muscular. Even though I do not eat too much, the strength is going up.
So, so far so good. I will draw bloods this month and upon that will decide, whether to continue for a month or two or to go down to trt.

Not a bad cycle, looks good good luck, keep it up, you can make a lot of progress and starting gear after 10 years is like starting training all over again. Enjoy the ride
