Hello everyone,
I'm Dough from Canada
Just joined this forum cause I've been getting really into health, wellness and getting huge Excited to pick your brains and swap stories with like minded folks here.
I’m also exploring some budget friendly ways to support Performance & Enhancing my overall results, so if anyone has solid insight they’re willing to share privately, feel free to reach out. I understand some topics are better kept low key.
if your willing to teach I'm willing to learn. Anyways enough rambling from me.
Looking forward to chatting.
Thanks friends!

What are you looking to accomplish? Have you used AAS before? Health/wellness & AAS don’t really go together, think of it more as trying to get big and strong while *trying* to control the damage. Take some time to do some reading around here before taking the plunge. Too many guy wind up literally hurting themselves or find themselves taking 8 drugs to counteract the other drugs they’re taking rather than use them wisely.

I hear you. I’ve run multiple cycles before so I’m not new to AAS. I keep it pretty straightforward one cycle a year about 5 months then I come fully off. No blasting year round no cruising.
I always do proper PCT (HCG, SERMs, bloods). I’m realistic about it this isn’t health and wellness it’s trying to get bigger and stronger while keeping the damage in check as much as possible.
I’ve done my homework over the years and try to avoid the whole “add more drugs to fix other drugs” trap
Appreciate the concern though

How old and how big are you?

To be frank about the budget friendly part, AAS are incredibly cheap compared to the food you need to eat with them. The cost for 500mg of test is $1-2/day. I spend much more on ancillaries and supplements.

33 years old. Around 200 Ib off usually 230 lb when I’m on
I get the “AAS are cheap” argument but that hasn’t been my experience might be a Canada specific thing but decent vendors here aren’t exactly cheap once you factor everything in unfortunately. The gear adds up and yes the real money still goes to food and supplements though buying bulk helps.
