Hey all,

I'm Marvin from the US and am new here. 25 years old, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds, about 18 percent body fat with a decent frame of muscle for a natural. I've been training consistently since around age 21 and am looking to learn from all the experienced folks here as I begin my enhanced journey.

I may or may not be a medical student, and besides the endocrinology content that I may or may not have learned, I have done lots of research on many compounds, their mechanism of action, and sides. I also have an IFBB pro friend who I see from time to time - law student with 21 inch arms lean. My first "cycle" will likely consist of 250 mg Test E tapered up to 300, along with HCG 1000 IU every week (2-3 injections). I use quotes for cycle because this dose for most is considered more of a "high cruise" - the duration will be around 6 months. I am considering adding in Deca 200 mg although I know lots of folks will yell at me for this - which is why if I do I will time it such that it is added later to identify the source of sides. PCT will consist of Clomid and Nolvadex. My goal is to put on as many pounds of muscle as I can in this timeframe - not too worried about cutting or being shredded.

I plan to avoid baldmaxxing (maternal grandpa had a shiny dome whereas paternal died with a full head of hair), therefore I have RU58841, and will monitor hair for shedding/thinning.

300 is a first cycle dude. No cruising about it

HCG 1000 IU every week (2-3 injections).
Start the hcg first. Run it for at least a month. Then check your e2

If this is your first cycle, starting both test and hcg at the same time is going to make it hard for you to dial your dose according to your estrogen. You gotta know how you respond to each compound individually before combining them.

For all you know, just the hcg is going to blow your estrogen through the roof.

I am considering adding in Deca 200 mg

Why? Where is the logic in that?


Don't just randomly use this because you think you should. Do bloodwork and address symptoms. Don't just add drugs because you hear that people use it.

Whats your food plan? Whats your trainining programing?

I don't know if anyone is running just RU. Most are using a mix of oral minox and topical dut/fin. There is an entire hair topic here. Take the time to read through it.


What is your blood pressure?

Get a lipid panel

Make sure you do your natty bloodwork before anything

Then add one compound at a time and retest

Make decisions based on bloodwork, not feels.

There is lots of info in the blood serum testing forum. Which tests to get and where to get them.

Make sure you have your food planned, bought stored and ready. Gear isn't going to do a damn thing for you if you don't get the right food in on a consistent basis. Nothing is more anabolic than food. Without having that 1000% nailed and perfect, you are just using drugs for the sake of using drugs. The food is what makes it work.
