New here- Male in 40’s

I have not heard great things about pellets, except from the providers that get paid on it.

Here are my lab tests after one 4 weeks of pellets. T Went from around 210 to 1100+.
I guess it’s safe to assume I’m the first positive case you’ve ever heard of now.
Happy to bust the cherry.

You do pellets 2x/year? I'm curious what your levels look like just before the next pellet insertion? It would seem that more frequency would bring more stability to your levels. But perhaps whatever stability more frequency would provide doesn't outweigh the effort.

I know some people really value stable levels but not every one

1/2 to delt is fine do more research on these forums and YouTube
So I’ve been pinning EOD the results are so much better. Using a half inch and I use my thigh or my girl hits the glutes. The ironic thing is the pellets did not work out for me in the long run. I had little control of how much was administered and because I did not want another 12 beans in my ass cheek again, I struggled when my testosterone started to dip. I was moody and lethargic, and I tried to compensate by eating better until I received joined a clinic that offered prescribed injections. I take a very small dose at .14 using testosterone C every other day once in a while I might miss a day.
When I initially met with the provider, they started me off at .30 twice per week Monday and Thursday, but I was breaking out with acne on my back. It wasn’t anything severe, but it was noticeable and I don’t get acne at all, even as a teenager. But as we continued, checking in we started to reduce the time between injections and eventually we switched over to our Monday, Wednesday, Friday protocol, and then ultimately every other day. My testosterone levels hover under 1000 but always above 575. And I feel great. I also take one IU of GH every morning fasted. I’m 6 foot four currently 258 pounds and my jeans are 38 waist and I have to now buy smaller size 36 because the 38 are becoming too big.

Hey man, sorry for the late reply. I did it once and then never again I now pin every other day and the results have been positive for me so far I’ve been pinning since January 2025. Now that I’ve had the experience with the pellets, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
From what I remember, it was approximately 3 to 6 months The pellets could last, and that was contingent on how much your body was using, which made it really uncertain. So you could peak and then valley, blood work and lipids are paramount so they can see where your levels are manage your estradiol with products that were aligned with the pellet brand. From my understandingThey basically didn’t have the same effectiveness as AI inhibitors. I felt more like a system that they were selling you packaged with an expensive procedure that literally cuts into your ass.
