Hi friends,

Little about me, I’m 35 years old and from the Toronto area, Canada. Have been lifting on and off since 19. Throughout my 20’s things like alcohol/drugs and stress eating from being a workaholic(western Canada oilfield) occupied my off gym time unfortunately. I’ve yo-yoed in weight about 3 times, going anywhere from 165lbs to 255lbs(I’m 5’10). In my early 30’s I sobered up, quit my oilfield, moved back east and got back into lifting.

Besides a bad herniated disc in April 2021 which was about a 10 month recovery, I’ve been training consistently last 4 years.

I started a slow cut in August at 174lbs and finished beginning of January at 154lbs around 12% BF. Been maintaining weight since, plan on starting a bulk middle/end of March.

Have limited PED experience. I did a mild PH cycle at 34 with some Androsterone and Epiandrosterone for 7 weeks. I’ve done 2 more cycles since with those same compounds and added 4DHEA. The last cycle was the most successful where I did Epi and Andro with 11-ketotestosterone during 9 weeks of my last cut.

I’ve been doing a lot of research on different PED’s(SARMS and AAS) the last 6 months. Was planning on doing a LGD cycle with Mk677 and 4DHEA for this coming bulk. But really got into watching Vigorous Steve on YouTube the last couple months and have since decided it would be better to skip the Sarms and run low dose test cycle for extended period(16-24months as long as everything goes smoothly) with the possibility of titrating up in dosage.

Starting test E at 250mg
With Mk677(already have it)

Also have A.I’s and Serms already. Got them during the PH cycles.

Probably going to add HCG as well

Getting blood work done 2nd week of March and plan on getting more done throughout the cycle.

Glad I found this place. Wanting to learn as much as I can from this forum! Love how you can really say what you think here, unlike a lot of other forums I’ve seen. Hoping to contribute as I learn more and gain experience!

Welcome! I think skipping the SARMs is a good call. LGD and ostarine were the first things I tried outside of TRT and they really took a toll on my lipids and liver. Not a ton of results either, some noticable muscle growth with LGD but hardly anything on ost. Good luck on the cycle!

Thanks for the welcome and your input/sharing experiences ! The lipids/liver was the big deciding factor for skipping right to test. Seems you can get much more gains with the same or possibly less side effects. And the fact that test has been around and studied forever, more piece of mind

welcome. Drop the sarms and the vigoroussteve and youll double your results
Haha definitely want to double those results! The Sarms are dropped, but as an AAS noob i have found vigorous steve to be helpful so far, especially when it comes to the understanding/importance of blood work and first time cycle advice.

Can I ask what you don't like about him? or is there someone better you would recommend?

Love hearing about a guy finding sobriety. That's the best move a guy can make, you'll seen wayyyyy more results. Great stuff.
Thanks Heather and for sure! Way easier to lose weight/make gains when you ain't drinking and drugging. One of the best decisions of my life.

Love your PFP/name by the way lol, South Park doesn't miss
