I assume you are referring to the Steroid Underground which is the only part of the forum new members cannot immediately comment in. Which tells me you haven’t read the sticky thread for new members in the new members introductions section.

The FAQ has clear instructions as to how to get privileges. Either wait and contribute meaningfully or pay.

Also 10$ isn't a lot when you're probably dropping ten times that on gear
