mitochondria support

I have taken mots-c but never more than 2mg/day and felt nothing. Injectable 5-amino 1mg blended with nadh 5:4 at 10-15mg AM is a nice clean energy boost.

I tend to view this stuff like a lot of things- PEDs are awesome but food training and sleep are kings. If biology class wasn’t too many years ago the mitochondria is yhe powerhouse of the cell where the krebs cycle turns glucose to ATP, right? So my biggest mitochondrial support would have to be carbs, followed by fats and protein.

Give Urolithin-A a trial for kidney function. I had a 15-point boost in eGFR from it after a few months' use. Pro tip: Buy Barlowe's version. Timeline's is ridiculously overpriced.

Double pro tip: Don't use Barlowe's CoQ10. It's ubiquinone. I love Barlowe's stuff, but I do wish he'd source ubiquinol CoQ10.

Barlowe's is way more economical. It's $38 for a 60-day supply of 500mg caps. It's interesting stuff and has a lot of studies. It's quickly becoming a core and permanent addition to my regimen, much like MOTS-C.
