I have clear my interpretation.

Curiously the change of direction in the music video is quite interesting.

I have tried for some time to understand the meaning of these metaphysical twists. From the pain it self or in abstract to the pain about the lack of sex as sociological relation.

It seems that my vision about "genitality" versus "emotion" is going in the right direction.
