December 11 2003 I had a emergency gallbladder removal, mine rupture, while I was in the emergency room with the doc's trying to figure out what the fuck was going on, they did a bunch of test on me, x-rays, cat scan's, even a altra sound, not to mention the fucking blood test. they asked me why I did not flinch when they took blood, I just smiled, well the doc came in the room and ask me if I was doing steroids, I told him no I was all nature. I just finished my cycle 2 weeks before, so I did not lie, he said because my blood levels were up and my liver was elevated, and not to mention I was the size of a truck with the small attitude also. well my fucking insurance company is not going to cover the bill because I was on AAS what the fuck do I do bro's this bill was over 45K. I never aadmitted to taking AAS, can they get my records without me knowing? can they even do blood work for AAS without me knowing? help me out on this one bro's

denie denie denie are you clean now? how long have you been off?

When I think of this shit it makes me so glad I live in Canada. Free health care is the shit guys. I hope the US gets in the game soon.

you were 2 weeks off when they tested your blood....what drugs were you on? were they outta your system? i ask because it would seem all they have to do is run the AAS test on your blood. and they could do that at any time, correct?

All they would have to do is legalize pot and gear then tax it and health care is payed for.

Say you have to be 21 and take a class to educate yourself in the use of aas..then you get a permit to buy.

what were u using? like above just deny. either way the ins. co. should have the burden of prooving AAS caused the gall bladder problem which they won't be able to do

a message for all of meso - never tell your doc you're takin roids..

last time i had a a blood test my liver values were up pretty high, my doc looked at me and said "come on big louie what are you taking?" I said "NOTHING" ... he shook his head in frusration...

Hey fuckem nothings confidential anymore,,, damn near communism these days..

Im with Louie. I mistakenly told the doc at college that I was on (due to a reaction), he kept goin on and on about how dangerous they are, blah blah blah. He even had the gaul to call me up later in the day to try to disuade me. Dick.

Unless you KNOW youve got someone like Swale helping you out and keeping track of your health, I would keep it to yourself.

I used to argue with people on the old meso not to tell your doc. They would be like it is confidential. Yeah right. Dont tell him anything u wouldnt want your ins. co. to see. it could come back and haunt you 20 years from now

you think he should be honest with his lawyer? man, i don't know about that?

i'd tell the lawyer something like he looked at me and made comments like he thought i looked like i was on roids, I would denie until the bitter end my friend.. but thats just me and i usually get fucked in the end for some reason..

Tough one there. The lawyer will fight harder if Rambo gives him that line but than will freak when he see's the blood tests depending on what SB was using

i agree with thick, this is a tough one to call. they can't possibly just deny all coverage based on a suspicion of AAS use, unless they're both 100% positive that you were on, and also 100% positive that the gallbladder problem was because of AAS. we still don't know what you were running, but assuming that they test the blood and you pop, then they STILL have to prove that the gallbladder problem was DIRECTLY contributed to the AAS use, which if I'm not mistaken, would be very hard to prove. wonder what the presidence is here, there's gotta be other examples of this.

It's bullshit that INS. COs will cover illnesses/treatments that come about due to smoking, drinking alcohol, drug addictions, obesity, and many other unhealthy lifestyle choices. We're out here trying to better ourselves and getting screwed for it. DENY like everyone else says. The burden of proof lies on the INS. CO's hands!

Your attorney's job is to give the best defence possible he doesn't care what you did but if you lie to him and he finds out he'll drop you in a heartbeat. Trust me DON'T lie to your lawyer, let him do his job. Besides anything you guys talk about is between you and him or he could lose his licence.

deny it. deny it. deny it. get a good lawyer. a good lawyer will not ASK if you were using or not. i am currently fighting some legal issues and my lawyer never once has asked if i am "guilty" or not. a good lawyer does not need to know. he will find the loop holes and or make the ins comp prove there case. the only problem is lawyers are not cheap, so if you lose you may have even more debt. fuck maybe you could even go after the doctor for performing test without your consent, i don't know, but a good lawyer would.

Technically, if you tell your lawyer that you actually committed the crime of which you are accused, he's suppopsed to drop you as a client. That would be him subborning perjury, which is against the legal code of ethics and a case for his disbarrment.
