For the record, while 200mgs per week is the standard TRT clinic dose, it is not actually a replacement dose as it will put you well above the standard reference range. I personally do not believe that it is healthy in the long term, especially if you are older, but do your own research and draw your own conclusions. However, your proposed dose of 280mg/wk (2x what you are taking now) is unlikely to cause significant side effects in only three months.
The risk/reward on Clen has never made sense to me, so I've never taken it. As others have suggested, best to get your diet dialed in first.
But it also begs the question - what is your goal in upping your test dose? If you're trying to put on size, clen and calorie restriction will certainly work contrary to that. I'm also on TRT and do small blasts occasionally, and it's been my experience that trying to cut while "blasting" such relatively small doses is not very effective. But everyone is different.
