Need help

Can someone help me to find out which steroid I need to take to harden up this retarted figure and build muscle , I've tried , anavar , winstrol , primo , turinabol and currently on clen , but I need something far more affective to build muscle and harden up

Honestly, if you've tried all of those products and still haven't made decent results, I'd say something is wrong with your diet/training.

Although, I don't know your prior history, so i could be wrong. Mind elaborating a bit on your current training routines and diet?

Also some of the hormones you mentioned above such as Var, Primo and tbol are very hard to find the real thing and are most often fake. My suggestion would be to introduce yourself in the new member section, get involved in the community, read and then read some more.

I train 6 days a week
Monday bbl chest
Tuesday upper back
Wednesday lower back DL
Friday shoulders
Saturday legs
Sunday legs
 
I eat about 4 meals a day protein shake for breakfast , snack in between lunch lamb with salads than fruit in between., chicken breast dinner with vegetables , casein before bed
 
I will keep this brief.

But you need to lean out some more and adjust your training/diet. Its harder for most women to get that lean hard look than it is men. But you Dont seem to be that far from your goal. I also didnt see any cardio in your schedule, thats going to play a big role as well. Steroids arent just a magic potion that makes you look a certain way, still gotta work your ass off.

Now for someone to give you more advice, they will need very specific details on;
training
diet
goals
history
body fat %
measurements

And if anyone pms you trying to sell you something let us know, there are scammers behind the curtains right now.

What is your cardio routine like? Can you give a little more detail about the workouts themselves? I.E. exercises, weight, reps, etc.

Do you do any other routines crossfit, zumba, anything?

As xgunx stated it is difficult for women to get that hard/cut look and if you've used the compounds above and still haven't achieved your goals it is most likely due to something related to your routine and/or diet.

Also without giving a great amount of detail, what type of employment do you have? Meaning is you job a physically demanding position? Or are you at a desk all day?

To be honest that isnt the best pic, the mirror and lighting make it hard to see everything in detail. Dont take this the wrong way either.
 
The problem is diet and training, no question. And all those drugs above wont do squat if these two areas are not corrected.

What is your TDEE?


Agreed. The fact that the first thing you said was "what drug to take to harden me up" leads me to believe your depending to much on drugs to reach your goals.

If your diet is good, doin high intensity weight lifting and cardio consistantly you will lose weight and harden up.

How long have you been training, cardio and dieting?

I don't do classes
I weight train 6 days a weeks like stated above
I do work sitting behind the desk all day as a reception
I my cardio is 1x week treadmill and stepper
 
Women carry more fat and water weight, sorry but its true. If your just wanting to cut and have a more defined look vs building muscle you need atleast 2 more cardio days and your diet appears to be more for putting on weight from the little info you have given. How many calories are you taking in a day? How much protein?

Thats a big part of the problem there. I do cardio every other day. Not saying thats what you should do but for what it sounds like your trying to accomplish, you should do it attest 3X a weeks
 
Its hard enough for a guy to loose fat and build muscle. I cant imagine how close to impossible it may be for a female.
